Snaprockandpop Version 2 now complete ! !

Ok, well I’ve been pretty busy with other projects but this new site is now fully functional !!
Always lots of content to continually add with new and old shoots to archive, but we now have all the interactivity you could need, lots of my best images to look through, a gear guide to check out and more !

new gallery page

In addition to the option to be able to search the whole site for particular page, shoot or post I have a very cool filter system that is present on the gallery page. Want to browse festivals I have shot in 2011 ? make your selection and snaprockandpop will show you the results ! Want to look at all my portrait work ? click your choices again and see the tiles line up. Its cool, give it a go !

gear guide

I have also put together a gear guide to provide some detail as to the sort of equipment I like to take out into the field and why. Live music photography demands the most from your expertise and gear. Spending money on top photography brands wont get you a camera that will take a front page photo for you, but reliable and quality products will help you realise and work your vision..
If you ever have any questions, just email me using the contact page or get connected via Facebook or twitter !

Portfolio
The site will be continually updated as I work through and showcase new projects, shoots and shows throughout 2014 as well as putting together galleries of work from years past.. My Portfolio section has been split into three categories, Live, Portraits and Theatre, all of which will get a tinker now and again with new and exciting images !

Lastly my blog section has been vastly improved to be far more bold and visual. This makes it far easier to find a previous post or topic to read up on or seek out as well as an overall more enjoyable browsing experience !

My aim is to continue to highlight interesting posts, pieces, work and gear announcements from the music photography world as well as exciting and vibrant music news  !  Whilst on this topic, I also need to mention a brand new project I am finalising that will hopefully be of great interest to new and local bands.  Details will be posted soon so make sure you like my Facebook and Twitter pages so you dont miss out..

Well I hope you all had a great Christmas and are looking forward to a phototastic 2014 ! – Blimey. Did I actually write that…

Be good to see you soon, on stage, in the pit or at the bar !

Cheers

Joe.
